Vincent Parascandola is the Senior Executive Vice President for AXA Advisors. His responsibilities with the company include management development, retention, sales, productivity, recruiting and developing new financial professionals with experience. Mr. Parascandola has accumulated over 25 years of experience in his industry and originally began his career as an agent for Prudential in 1987. This led to him being named National Rookie of the Year. In 1990 he went to work for MONY Life Insurance Company and filled various positions in regional and local field management and in 2004 he joined AXA Advisors.
Some time before Vincent Parascandola became the divisional president he was the president for a unit of AXA Equitable called The Advantage Group. The group was created so seasoned financial professionals could be attracted to the company. At one point in time he was one of the managers for the Metro Branch in New York which is staffed with around 400 financial professionals and works throughout the tri-state area.
Mr. Parascandola has received recognition for his leadership and earned numerous awards in management during his career. This includes the Master Agency and GAMA Career Development Awards. He is highly sought after for his speaking abilities and has spoken at several industry and company conferences including LIMRA’s distribution and LAMP meeting conferences. He was the president of GAMA’s chapter in Florida and remains a member. He also chaired the Field Officers Committee for LIMRA
Vincent Parascandola attended Pace University in New York where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree. In 2014 he returned to his alma mater so you could encourage the graduating class with a commencement speech. He currently works for the AXA Company and they are the leader of financial protection companies offering equitable life insurance policies for the state of New York. The AXA Company employs more than six thousand professionals who provide the company’s strategies for the future. Mr. Parascandola is accredited as being the company’s cheerleader.
